Texas jailer and her former inmate ended up in the Jeff Davis Parish jail Monday after a Louisiana State Police (LSP) K-9 unit found cocaine in their vehicle.
LSP Troop D Public Information Officer Stephen LaFargue reported that LaQuatta Marie Felder, 28, of Houston, Texas, and Joseph Hubert Harris, 33, of New Orleans, were traveling on Interstate 10 near Lacassine when they were pulled over for a traffic violation.
