Arrested three suspects identified as Larry Don Sullen (B/M 23 yoa), Rudolph Jamarion Peacock (B/M 19 yoa) and Bridgette Joetta Pelham (W/F 24 yoa)

Arrested three suspects identified as Larry Don Sullen (B/M 23 yoa), Rudolph Jamarion Peacock (B/M 19 yoa) and Bridgette Joetta Pelham (W/F 24 yoa) all from the Hartford, Alabama area. All three suspects have been charged with sale of controlled substance (crack cocaine) and booked into the Holmes County Jail. This was after the three individuals traveled to a location in the Esto Community and were involved in the sale crack cocaine to an undercover officer. During the investigation, a large amount of crack cocaine was seized along with U.S. Currency. Also, Peacock has outstanding warrants in Geneva County for possession of controlled substance. Sheriff Tim Brown states, “As long as people choose to continue to sell, possess or buy illegal drugs in our county and communities then we will aggressively investigate, apprehend and convict those individuals. Sheriff Brown goes on to say, “These type of investigations require a great number of man hours and I commend the investigators associated with this investigation for their hard work and commitment to this case.”

Jesus Vargas arrested in Hartford Sunday morning after police found hundreds of bags of heroin

Jesus Vargas, of Park Terrace, is charged with taking a motor vehicle without permission, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.Police spotted Vargas while en route to investigate a complaint that he had taken a car from a residence on Park Street, police said. They pulled Vargas over at Park and Wadsworth streets and saw a bag of white powder packaged for street sale, police said.
Police searched the car and found 316 bags of suspected heroin in the front passenger seat of the car, police said. Police also found five bags of marijuana and $594 in cash.The car owner has nothing to do with the drugs found in the car, police said.

Jane Cipriani,Kason Esquilin

Kason Esquilin, 23, of Hartford, when Esquilin pulled into the parking lot of a restaurant on Bayonet Street about 5:30 p.m.
Stevens said Esquilin was attempting to sell drugs to an undercover officer.
Previously, Stevens said, undercover officers purchased 100 bags of heroin from Esquilin. Based on those purchases, police were able to obtain a warrant for Esquilin's arrest.
Esquilin, 23, was charged with sale of heroin and criminal attempt to deliver heroin and cocaine.
Police also arrested Jane Cipriani, 53, of 21 Salt Rock Road, Baltic, who was with Esquilin at the time of his arrest. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stevens said the arrest was part of a continuing effort to assist local police in improving the quality of life for New London residents.
